Welcome to Atelier Allemande. My name is Kevin Yeung. I do Etegami and other kinds of art.
Etegami is a kind of Japanese picture letter or Greeting card. It consists of a picture and a message.
I use Calligraphy / Sumi ink and Gansai to draw the etegami. Gansai is a Japanese traditional watercolour, which is similar to the western watercolour.
It is perfect as a gift or a greeting card. Also, It is a piece of art. You can hang it with a frame to decorate your home with these stylish and lovely pictures. (Frame and Mat not included – We recommend you get a frame called HOVSTA, 5×7”/13x18cm, from IKEA. It fits the style and the size perfectly). You can write messages at the back and make it as a greeting card. We also have handmade Japanese style envelopes for the picture letters. Check out our store for more!
A japanese traditional hanko (Seal) “奇雲” is affixed to identify the originality of the artist work.
