Kanata Bead and Craft offers a variety of items for unique home decor. Macrame plant hangers in 3 sizes and lots of colors, with wood beads. Decoupaged home decor in vintage and popular prints. Hand beaded wood items in original designs. All items are original designs and made exclusively by me. Custom orders are welcome and I enjoy working with customers to fulfil their vision.
Kanata Bead and Craft began with our store in Stittsville which opened in 2001, although I have been crafting since I was 8 (a loooooong time ago!) In 2003 we added our hand carved candle business, Kandlestix. Unfortunately, we closed our doors in 2008 due to the economic downturn. I continued to craft and do craft shows and opened at McHaffie’s Flea Market in 2017. After 3 good years there, we have left McHaffie’s because they are closed due to Covid-19. I am concentrating on my online presence and building a successful business.
