Yes you can. Keeping the health and safety of our family and clients in mind, we will notify you once your order is ready for pick up and request that you set a date and time convenient for you and we will place it outside. If that time frame is already booked we will let you know and request an alternate.

Yes you can, we ship via Canada Post regular ground within Canada and to the United States. I charge actual shipping charges so sometimes the shipping amount will not be available until the order has been completed and can be measured and weighed. You will then be requested to pay the shipping prior to it leaving. We ship all items with tracking and insurance, we will not ship without this option.

Due to the customized nature of our orders we do request pre-payment. We accept email money transfers as well as credit cards through our website.

Our processing time varies from item to item. In stock items can normally be picked up within a couple hours of ordering if I am home when ordered otherwise it is normally stated as the following day. All other items are indicated in the listing the processing time requirements. These times are subject to change due to product availability but you will be notified in advance of any delays.
